2. 256-Bit SSL / TLS Encryption

Our web portal utilizes industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.2 / TLS 1.3) protocols with 256-bit encryption. All interactions between parents' browsers and the School servers are encrypted against eavesdropping, interception, or tampering.

3. Payment Gateway & PCI-DSS Compliance

All online payments made on our portal are routed directly through ICICI Bank's secure payment gateway infrastructure.

4. Multi-Factor & 3D-Secure Authentication

All credit card, debit card, UPI, and internet banking transactions are protected by mandatory Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) including 3D Secure OTP (One Time Password) verification sent by the cardholder's issuing bank.

5. Best Practices for Parents & Guardians

To ensure maximum protection while using the online payment portal, parents and guardians are advised to:

• Always check for the padlock icon and https:// in your browser address bar.
• Never share your OTP, netbanking passwords, ATM PINs, or UPI PINs with anyone. School staff will never ask for your PIN or OTP.
• Avoid conducting fee payments over unverified public Wi-Fi networks.
• Always log out from the fee dashboard after completing your transaction.
